Tortellini With Tomato And Parmesan Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. fresh or frozen tortellini
    Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    To make tomato sauce, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in medium saucepan.
    Cook onion and garlic until tender.
    Add oil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
