Amy'S Birthday Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake (made as per recipe)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed and drained
1 to 2 oz. can(s) blueberries, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Bake cake as per package and cool.
Slice cake into four layers.
Place first layer into pan and press down.
Arrange strawberries on cake layer; sprinkle with dry strawberry jello. Spread 1/3 of a half gallon softened ice cream on top of fruit and jello.
Place next layer of cake in pan and press.
Top with mandarin oranges (drained) on top of cake and sprinkle with dry orange jello.
Spread 1/3 of a half gallon softened ice cream on top of fruit and jello.
Place next layer of cake in pan and press.
Top with blueberries (drained) on top of cake and sprinkle with dry lemon jello.
Spread 1/3 of a half gallon softened ice cream on top of fruit and jello.
Place last layer of cake in pan and press.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 24 hours before serving.
