Make Ahead Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    4 lb. lean ground beef
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. white or black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls; makes about 12 dozen.
