Lunch Box Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square baking pan.
Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix completely.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
