Blintz Souffle(From Russia) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 frozen blintzes
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole dish or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place blintzes over butter in one layer, seam side down.
Blend other ingredients with well beaten eggs and pour over blintzes.
Bake for 45 minutes or until tops start to brown.
