1/2 c. margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) pkg. candy caramels
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour 2 cups batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
