Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Add pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano leaves.
    Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan or large, deep dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
