Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Add milk and mix. Pour into ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle on dry cake mix over mixture.
Drizzle melted margarine on top.
Cover with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until set.
Serve with whipping cream or Cool Whip.
Serves a lot.
