Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of muffin pans.
    Beat egg with fork.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Blend in combined dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Do not overmix.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Loosen immediately.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
