1 1/2 c. milk
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/4 c. flour
dash of salt
2 good dashes cayenne pepper
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add the flour; stir with wire whisk until blended.
