Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. cinnamon or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 Tbsp. milk
2 c. nuts
1 Tbsp. Karo

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients
and cook to 236\u00b0 (soft ball stage).
Add nuts and Karo.
Stir until coating on nuts begins
to sugar.
Spread nuts on cookie sheet to cool.
Break apart while coating is still soft.
