Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. lard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in lard with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. In a separate bowl, mix together the water, vinegar and egg.
    Add to flour mixture.
    This will be enough for two double crust pies or four singles.
    Will keep tightly covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
    This crust will not soak through.
