S. O. S. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; add oleo and stir.
    Add onion and cook until translucent.
    Add flour; stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add garlic, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Add milk and stir until it thickens.
