Caramel Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. caramel candies (about 28)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. half and half or milk
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. salted peanuts
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole or mixing bowl, place caramels, butter and milk.
    Microwave at 50% power 3 to 5 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring after 2 minutes.
    Stir in sugar until smooth and then add peanuts.
