Mini Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 egg yolk
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick butter
    16 slices thin white bread (no crusts)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    In food processor, mix cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Flatten bread with rolling pin and spread with cream cheese mixture.
    Roll up.
    Melt butter.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon in dish.
    Roll bread in butter and then in the sugar mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Slice each roll into 3 pieces and bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve warm with sour cream for dipping.
