Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. chopped apple
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. rum flavoring

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar in a bowl, then sift in dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla, apples, nuts and cinnamon. Mix well. Add raisins and rum flavoring, if desired. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
