Delao'S Nopales(Cactus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 nopales
    2 eggs
    oil
    spices to taste
Preparation
    Cut 4 nopales; put them flat on a cutting board.
    Scrape both sides until you remove all stickers.
    Rinse them, dice them in small pieces and cook them in 2 cups of boiling water with salt for 10 minutes.
    Remove them; let them cool off.
    Rinse them in cool water; fry them in oil and scramble them with onions and eggs and spice them up.
