Piggybank Pork Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked fine noodles
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. cut up cooked pork
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced pimento
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
    Melt shortening in large skillet; brown meat.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in noodles, soup, corn (with liquid), pimento, cheese and pepper.
    Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
