Puree Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. carrots, sliced thin
1 large onion, chopped
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 whole cloves
freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 c. vegetable broth
Preparation

In a large saucepan, heat the oil and add the carrots, onion, celery, potatoes, garlic and sugar.
Cover the pan and cook the vegetables over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring them occasionally.
