Spinach-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    3 large oranges, peeled and sectioned or 1 can mandarin oranges
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
Preparation
    Combine spinach and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
    Serve with Yogurt-Poppy Seed Dressing.
    Yields 8 servings.
    Contains 58 calories (6% from fat) per serving.
