Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced and boiled for 3 minutes
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain.
    Add soup and onions.
    Mix with 3/4 cup cheese and save remaining for top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
