Ingredients

2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. shoyu
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut flank steak into 1/4-inch thick strips with grain.
Soak overnight in refrigerator.
Place strips flat on rack over foil and bake in 150\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
