Ingredients

4 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. cashews
2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend 1 cup water, vanilla, raisins and nuts.
Then add rest of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Spray waffle iron generously with nonstick spray.
Pour batter on hot griddle, being sure to pour all the way to edges.
Bake 12 minutes or until steaming stops.
Add more water to batter if it gets too thick. Freezes well to be reheated in toaster or oven.
Very filling!
