Lancaster County Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lima beans
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil beans nearly soft, then add potatoes.
    Cook until both are soft.
    Drain and add milk and butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    This makes a very good dish and the cost is low.
    Serves 12.
