Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) hen
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
    celery leaves
    onion
    poultry seasoning
    2 pkg. thin spaghetti
Preparation
    In a large stockpot, cover hen with water and add seasonings. Cook slowly and leave in the stock until cold. Cut meat off bones in large pieces. Cook spaghetti in remaining stock.
