Arrabiato Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 garlic cloves
    1/2 onion
    hot pepper (optional, 1 or 2 long ones)
    1 (12 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    fresh basil to taste
    oregano to taste
    sprinkle of black pepper
Preparation
    Coat frying pan with olive oil.
    Add 2 to 3 crushed or minced garlic cloves.
    Add minced 1/2 an onion, then add optional hot pepper.
    Saute, then add the whole peeled tomatoes and the tomato paste.
    Add fresh basil to taste and oregano to taste.
    Sprinkle some black pepper if desired.
