Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. minced pimentos
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt
    cayenne pepper to taste
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix at room temperature all ingredients except pecans.
    Chill for an hour; then roll in crushed or whole pecans.
    Makes 2 to 3 balls.
