Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box carrot cake mix
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 can cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions.
Then add raisins, nuts, cinnamon and pineapple.
Pour batter into well greased 13 x 9 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.
Cool and frost with favorite cream cheese frosting.
(I prefer Pillsbury.)
