Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. pimentos
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 slices crisp, fried bacon, crumbled
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 clove garlic, chopped or garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a hot greased pan or skillet.
    Will not brown as well as regular cornbread, but can be set under flame of broiler to brown.
