Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. oleo
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup of milk with cake mix and oleo.
    Press 1/2 of the mixture into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Top with nuts.
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk in double boiler.
    Pour over cake.
    Pour chocolate chips over this.
    Press remaining half of cake over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
