Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. jumbo shrimp
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Devein and clean shrimp; saute in oil until they turn pink. Add onion, garlic and green pepper; saute.
    Add parsley, tomato sauce, ketchup, bay leaf, cooking wine, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes. Serve over white rice.
