Red Dot Turnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnips, pared and diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Preparation
    Cook turnips in small amount of boiling salted water until tender, about 12 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients; toss lightly with turnips.
    Makes 5 servings.
