Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 small onion
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips (reserve 1 c.)
    1/2 c. additional cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion; drain.
    In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups cheese, beans, sauces and chips.
    Add meat and mix lightly.
    Bake in 2 1/2-quart casserole at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spread top with sour cream and 1/2 cup more cheese.
    Circle reserved chips around edge and bake 5 minutes more.
