Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 lb. sliced, peeled apples
Preparation

Mix sugars, flour, salt and spices.
Cut in butter to form pea sized pieces.
Place apples in large bowl and coat with sugar mixture.
Place apples in pie shell.
Cover with top crust.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Bake another 25 minutes until golden brown.
