Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. peaches
    1 c. orange (grind in food chopper, about 2 oranges)
    orange rind (a little to taste)
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries with juice, chopped
    7 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Mash peaches.
    Grind oranges (about 2) fine in food chopper. Add orange rind. Chop cherries in juice in blender until fine. Mix all together to make 5 cups. Mix Sure-Jell with fruit mixture. Bring to a hard boil.
    Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Skim off foam with metal spoon.
    Pour into sterilized jelly jars. Makes 4 1/2 pints.
