Snowy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes in large bowl with electric mixer. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat at high speed until smooth. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
