Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 tsp. onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Place in large bowl.
    Add cucumber, green pepper and onion; mix well.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Pour over macaroni and toss until well coated.
    Add egg.
    Refrigerate, covered, for several hours.
    Garnish with pepper strips and cherry tomatoes and serve.
