Marie'S Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef bouillon cube
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry basil leaves, crushed
Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
Add beaten egg, bread crumbs, dry powdered milk, onion, salt and basil. Add beef and mix well.
Pat mixture into loaf pan or shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
