Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla.
    Stir in the pineapple, coconut and 1/2 cup nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
