Senator Barb'S Spicy Bay Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    3 slices bread or 4 crackers
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. Old Bay or Wye River seasoning
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley (optional)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (regular or light)
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Pick over crab meat.
    Remove crust from bread and break bread into small pieces.
    Mix bread with beaten egg.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form into cakes and saute quickly in a small amount of fat.
    (Cakes can also be broiled.)
    Serves 6 people.
