Celery Root-Potato Puree - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 celery roots
3 large white potatoes
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 lb. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel celery roots and potatoes.
Cut both into equal size quarters.
Boil until soft.
Drain and place in mixing bowl.
Add butter, buttermilk and half of the cream.
Mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve this instead of regular mashed potatoes for a new twist!
