Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    5 Tbsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening and cheese. Stir in milk quickly. Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut. Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
