Brazo Mercedes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. liberty condensada
1 tsp. vanilla
8 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Combine egg yolks and liberty condensada.
Cook on top of a double boiler.
Continue cooking until thick or of spreading consistency.
Add the butter and vanilla.
Blend well.
Set aside.
