Nutty-Topped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, halved
    peanut or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 tsp. dried leaf basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brush tomato skins with oil.
    Place, cut side up, in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt; set aside.
