Quick Pheasant With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pheasant, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Sprinkle soup mix into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle rice over soup mix.
    Add pheasant pieces.
    Dilute soup with milk and pour over pheasant.
    Cover, bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Uncover, sprinkle with onion rings.
    Cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
