Better Than Anything Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (15 oz.) jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel topping
4 Heath bars
Preparation

Bake cake according to the package (9 x 13-inch pan).
While cake is warm, poke many holes.
Pour can of milk over the cake. Pour topping sauce over the cake.
Refrigerate until cool.
Spread Cool Whip evenly over caramel and top with crushed Heath bars.
