Southern Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. chopped chicken livers
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. canned sliced mushrooms
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Wash peppers and remove seeds and cook 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
    Cook chicken livers, bacon, onion, celery and garlic until tender.
    Add mushrooms, rice and seasonings.
    Stuff peppers.
    Arrange in baking pan; seal and freeze.
