Turkey-Cheddar Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions; cook broccoli tender-crisp.
    Drain and coarsely chop.
    Make white sauce of milk, flour and oleo.
    Stir seasoning into white sauce; stir cheese into white sauce.
    In 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch casserole, buttered, place 1/2 noodles; cover with turkey and 2/3 amount of broccoli.
    Pour half of cheese sauce over noodles and turkey.
    Cover with remaining noodles; press remaining broccoli flowerets into noodles.
    Pour over remaining cheese sauce; sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
