Cheese Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices day old bread
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onions
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black and cayenne peppers
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Trim bread.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Arrange 6 slices in 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover with cheese, then sausage.
    Cover with other 6 slices of bread.
    Beat remaining ingredients well and pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
