Crunchy Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, coconut, brown sugar and nuts; set aside.
    Melt butter in milk.
    Add to sweet potatoes.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well.
    Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with mixture that was set aside.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
